Job summary

CEVA Logistics Turkey is seeking an experienced Business Process Excellence Professional to join our Istanbul team within the Core Transversal Functions division. You will drive continuous improvement across contract logistics, optimise processes, and collaborate with operations, IT, and supply chain to deliver measurable performance gains.

You will develop clear process documentation, training materials, and KPIs, while ensuring compliance with standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, engineering, or logistics.
• 0
• Experience in business process improvement or quality management in logistics.
• Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies is advantageous.
• Ability to analyze complex processes and develop solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with process mapping and data analysis tools.
• Fluency in English and Turkish (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, analyse and optimise contract logistics processes to boost efficiency and reduce waste.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives aligned with quality standards.
• Collaborate with operations, supply chain and IT to implement process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with standards, policies and regulatory requirements in logistics.
• Create process documentation, training materials and performance metrics.
• Support Zero Defect programmes to achieve perfection and customer satisfaction.
• Facilitate workshops and change management activities for a culture of excellence.
• Use data analytics and KPIs to track progress and identify bottlenecks.
• Provide insights for strategic planning based on process analysis and best practices.
