Job summary

TEMSA, a leader in bus and midibus manufacturing, is seeking a Production/Industrial Engineer with 4+ years in automotive manufacturing. Based in Adana or willing to relocate, you will optimize production plans, monitor daily activities, and drive Lean initiatives across functions to boost quality, delivery, and efficiency.

You will work with Planning, Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, and Industrial Engineering teams, promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the automotive manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of technical drawings and manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies (5S, Kaizen, Problem Solving, Root Cause Analysis).
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork capabilities.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of MS Office applications; ERP experience is an asset.
• Passion for innovation, continuous learning, and new technologies.
• Based in Adana or open to relocation to Adana.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production plans and capacity requirements to ensure efficient utilization of manpower, equipment, and resources.
• Monitor daily production activities to achieve quality, delivery, and productivity targets.
• Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective and preventive actions to ensure operational continuity.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives including Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, productivity enhancement, and cost reduction projects.
• Conduct root cause analyses and coordinate improvement actions for production and quality-related issues.
• Track and report key production performance indicators.
• Collaborate closely with Planning, Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, and Industrial Engineering teams.
• Lead and support production teams while promoting a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
