Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Industrial Engineering, has at least one year of relevant experience, strong English, and proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD. Reside in Sakarya or Kocaeli, and be able to complete military service if male.

Qualifications

• Graduates of Industrial Engineering or related engineering departments from universities.
• Advanced knowledge of English.
• At least 1 year of experience in the relevant field.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications; preferably able to effectively use AutoCAD and technical software tools.
• Meticulous in task tracking and operational process management, strong communication skills, dynamic and results‑oriented.
• Capable of multitasking and highly skilled at managing stress in a busy work environment.
• Knowledge of Lean Production techniques and applications, either theoretical or practical.
• Residing in or able to reside in Sakarya or Kocaeli provinces.
• Male candidates must have completed their military service.

Responsibilities

• Analysis and determination of machinery and equipment requirements; creation of necessary equipment drawings in AutoCAD
• End to end planning and design of production processes and systems (process design)
• Creating workflow diagrams and documenting standard operating procedures
• Analyzing risks in production processes and developing preventive action plans
• Conducting time and method studies; optimizing line balancing studies with modern tools and techniques
• Taking an active role in continuous improvement (Kaizen) and cost reduction projects
• Making requirements planning in line with production schedules, establishing work standards and method preparations
• Coordinating production preparation processes and regularly reporting production KPIs
