Job summary

Yazaki North America, Inc. in Turkey is seeking a Quality Specialist to strengthen the onsite Quality Management team during the product life cycle. You will manage complaints, plan failure analyses, and coordinate defect part returns while ensuring adherence to IATF 16949 and OEM standards.

The role requires an engineering degree, 2–3 years in automotive quality, and fluent Turkish and English. You will work closely with customers, suppliers, and Yazaki Systems to implement corrective actions

Qualifications

  • Engineering degree from university.
  • 2–3 years of automotive quality experience.
  • Knowledge of IATF 16949 and OEM quality standards.
  • Good knowledge of computer skills; MS Office.
  • Fluent level of Turkish and English.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complaint handling process and document failures with customer communications.
  • Plan and execute failure analysis of defective parts and prototypes with reporting.
  • Coordinate return of defective parts to supplier and analyze root causes.
  • Facilitate rapid problem solving for customer returns.
  • Oversee rework and repair at customer assembly lines and Yazaki systems warehouse.
  • Record rework costs and monitor deviations.
  • Support product audits and report corrective actions to suppliers.
  • Validate prototypes and samples for quality.
  • Assist in supplier audits when requested.
  • Provide onsite quality management support across the product life cycle.
