Danfoss Power Solutions in Van Wert, Ohio seeks a Change Agent to lead Lean manufacturing initiatives and coordinate continuous improvement across safety, quality, delivery, and productivity. Reporting within operations, you will help develop the local Lean strategy and foster a culture of operational excellence aligned with corporate standards.

The role requires 3+ years of Lean and SAP experience, cross-site process knowledge, and strong leadership to drive multi-year capital and operational

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in operations or industrial engineering or related field.
• 3+ years establishing global processes across multiple sites.
• 2+ years of project management experience with Lean initiatives.
• 2+ years leading plant leadership teams on capital/operational projects.
• 2+ years of SAP experience in manufacturing and data analysis.
• 2+ years applying Lean methodologies and leading Lean transformations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean initiatives across the site and coordinate CI activities.
• Develop and support local Lean strategy and a culture of operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with corporate Lean standards and guidelines.
• Monitor KPIs, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions to meet targets.
• Collaborate with Value Stream Managers to implement tactical plans for productivity, quality and cost.
• Facilitate Lean training and problem-solving activities daily.
• Support productivity improvements aligned with site budgets and objectives.
• Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement efforts.
