Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Lean and Continuous Improvement professional to lead ECIS deployment at our Turkish manufacturing site. You will coach teams, implement 5S, VSM, and standard work, and drive cost-out initiatives while building CI capability across Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain.

You will partner with site leadership to assess maturity, develop roadmaps, run A3 and 8D problem solving, deliver digital dashboards, and ensure alignment with the Profit Plan.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years in Lean, Continuous Improvement or Operational Excellence.
• Ability to lead change across the organization at all levels.
• Strong problem solving and data-analysis skills.
• Proficiency with Office 365 and CI tools.
• Familiarity with ECIS Lean tools and quality processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead ECIS deployment across the site with coaching and training.
• Drive Lean maturity, including 5S+, VSM and standard work.
• Guide leadership in ECIS/Lean roadmaps and best practice deployment.
• Coach teams in A3, 8D and structured problem solving.
• Lead improvement activities like Kaizen, RIE and VSM.
• Develop digital dashboards and automated reporting.
• Support ISO 9001/14001/45001 certifications.
