in Istanbul is seeking a Process Development Engineer to join our growing team. You will help install, commission, and optimize the new production line and lead improvement projects. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering and at least 3 years of process engineering experience in manufacturing, with SAP production modules and strong Lean Six Sigma skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, ideally Industrial or Mechanical.
Minimum 3 years of process engineering in a manufacturing environment.
Experience in SAP production modules.
Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing principles such as 5S, Kanban, Six Sigma, and PFMEA.
Strong analytical and communication skills; English proficiency.

Responsibilities

Take active role in the installation, commissioning, and optimization of the new production line and upcoming projects.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure process readiness, quality, and efficiency during production ramp-up.
Lead or support improvement and layout planning projects related to new or existing production setups.
Conduct process analysis, labor and material usage assessments, and workflow optimization.
Prepare activity and analysis reports; create production routings and production versions in SAP.
Support World Class Manufacturing (WCM) activities.
Define packaging methods of materials received from supplier.
