Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Senior Finance Transformation professional to lead Lean-based improvements across CFOps processes—closing, forecasting, RevRec, and project finance. You will design processes resilient to peak periods, reduce manual workarounds, and ensure strong controls.

You’ll partner with BP, Deal Desk, and COE to streamline hand-offs, and drive system-enabled solutions with IT for scalable automation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Engineering or related field.
7–10+ years in finance operations, accounting, or FP&A with hands-on delivery of process improvement initiatives.
Lean/CI methods applied to financial processes in multi-country organisations.
Strong background in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
Hands-on experience improving financial close, forecasting, or accounting-adjacent processes.
Understanding of finance systems and data flows (SAP-based environments) to enable automation.

Responsibilities

Lead Continuous Improvement Across CFOps Core Processes and drive Lean initiatives.
Protect Cadence Through Process Design to ensure control and timing.
Partner Across Commercial Finance Pillars on Process Enablement to reduce friction.
