Job summary

AL7952 Grid Solutions Enerji Endustrisi A.S. is seeking a Warehouse Operations Lead to oversee end-to-end warehouse activities in the Marmara region.

You will drive material flow, enhance inventory accuracy, and optimize storage while leading digital transformation, AI integration, and automation initiatives to improve safety and quality. You will coordinate lean methods, ERP/WMS support, cycle counts, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure on-time production and delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain management, or related discipline.
Experience with digital transformation, AI, or automation in warehouse/inventory management.
Familiarity with SAP or any warehouse management ERP systems.

Responsibilities

Coordinate end-to-end warehouse operations to ensure seamless material flow and high inventory accuracy.
Lead and implement lean, digitalization, AI integration, and automation initiatives.
Ensure compliance with EHS regulations and company safety policies.
Coach warehouse staff and provide training and performance support.
Support ERP/WMS transactions and ensure accurate system records for all warehouse activities.
Monitor inventory levels and perform cycle counts, audits, and stock reconciliation.
