Job summary

AL7952 Grid Solutions Enerji Endustrisi A.S. is seeking a Warehouse Operations Lead to oversee end-to-end warehouse activities in the Marmara region.

You will drive material flow, enhance inventory accuracy, and optimize storage while leading digital transformation, AI integration, and automation initiatives to improve safety and quality. You will coordinate lean methods, ERP/WMS support, cycle counts, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure on-time production and delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain management, or related discipline.
• Experience with digital transformation, AI, or automation in warehouse/inventory management.
• Familiarity with SAP or any warehouse management ERP systems.

Job Description Summary This role is responsible for the end-to-end coordination of warehouse operations, ensuring seamless material flow, high inventory accuracy, and storage optimization. Beyond operational stability, the ideal candidate will lead the digital transformation of our warehouse processes. You will be expected to coordinate lean methodologies, digitalization, AI integration, and automation initiatives to drive operational excellence, safety, and quality in warehouse and material movement processes. As a proactive leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely supply of materials to production lines and customers, while continuously improving our internal systems through technology-driven solutions.

Job Description Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) regulations and company safety policies
• Coaching the warehouse staff and provide guidance, training, and performance support
• Develop and implement warehouse procedures, work instructions, and best practices
• Manage non-conforming materials, quarantine areas, and material traceability requirements
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for material shortages, stock discrepancies, and operational issues
• Attend Daily meetings that is a part of QCDM management system and represent warehouse team
• Ensure timely and accurate material availability to support production and dispatch schedules
• Manage warehouse layout, storage systems, and space utilization for optimal efficiency and safety
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to warehouse productivity, lead time reduction, and process standardization
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for inbound and outbound logistics coordination
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure high inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and stock reconciliation processes
• Make Gemba tours in responsibility to catch the abnormalities and take necessary actions
• Attend projects, loss analysis, saving activities, lean manufacturing, kaizen events etc. and take active responsibility for the related subjects
• Support ERP/WMS transactions and ensure accurate system records for all warehouse activities
• Track and report warehouse KPIs such as inventory accuracy, on-time material delivery, space utilization, and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for inbound logistics, and provide operational support to the logistics team for outbound coordination to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with customer requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain management, or a related discipline from an accredited university
• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, materials management, or logistics in manufacturing environment
• Experience with digital transformation, AI, or automation in warehouse and inventory management
• Familiarity with SAP or any warehouse management ERP systems
• Good understanding of health, safety, and quality standards in an industrial environment
• Ability to work cross-functionally with production, planning, procurement, project management and logistics teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Strong oral and written language skills in English
• Ability to live in Istanbul or Kocaeli
