Job summary

PartnerOne is seeking an experienced Performance Engineer to lead enterprise testing efforts across distributed cloud and hybrid environments. You will design load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests for applications, APIs, databases, and infrastructure, and work closely with Architecture, DevOps, QA, and Development teams to ensure production readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience in performance and scalability testing across distributed systems.
• Proficiency with Azure cloud and Kubernetes (AKS).
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and tune systems.
• Experience with CI/CD and automated performance pipelines.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
• Leadership or mentoring capabilities for offshore staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise performance engineering to ensure system scalability, stability, reliability, and responsiveness across distributed cloud and hybrid environments. Design and execute load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing strategies; identify bottlenecks across applications, APIs, databases, and infrastructure. Collaborate with Architecture, DevOps, QA, and Development teams to validate production readiness, optimize performance, and support high-availability cloud deployments within Azure and AKS.
