EPAM Systems seeks a Lead Platform Engineer/DevOps - AWS to join its global Cloud Hosting team. You will own EKS clusters, drive automation, and ensure platform reliability while collaborating with customers to streamline development on cloud infrastructure.

You will develop high-quality automation code, participate in on-call support, and produce High Level Designs and developer documentation. Strong AWS/Kubernetes, Terraform, and scripting skills are essential for success.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in infrastructure engineering or DevOps roles with AWS or GCP
• At least 1 year of leadership experience
• Strong Kubernetes knowledge with Vault/Kyverno and policy management
• Proficiency in scripting (Python, Ruby, Bash) with IaC experience
• Expertise in Terraform and AWS cloud services
• Familiarity with Docker, Ansible, networking concepts
• Knowledge of MongoDB
• Basic Go knowledge and quick learning ability
• Strong communication and client-centric approach
• Availability for on-call rotation (weekly cadence)
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage EKS clusters and automations across the global Cloud Hosting team
• Develop high quality, stable code for automation and internal APIs
• Participate in on-call rotation and provide customer support for Cloud Engineering services
• Write and publish High Level Designs and developer documentation
• Contribute to release planning, workload prioritization, and schedules
• Design for privacy, security, compliance, high availability, performance and resilience
• Reduce engineering effort to provision, deploy, configure and repair apps on cloud infra
• Collaborate with multiple teams globally to evolve Cloud Infrastructure practices
