Job summary

EPAM Systems seeks a Lead Software Engineer, Oracle, to drive NetSuite ERP implementations with a focus on revenue recognition and ARM capabilities. You will translate business needs into robust technical solutions and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.

The role requires hands-on NetSuite OTC/ARM experience, familiarity with NetSuite internals, and strong English communication. You will work across the SDLC, deliver code with unit tests, and provide post-production support.

Qualifications

5+ years hands-on NetSuite OTC/ARM experience.
Experience with NetSuite record structures, scripts, RESTlets.
Strong knowledge of revenue recognition in NetSuite and related features.
Experience with SDF, GitHub, Jira, and Confluence.
Excellent interpersonal and team-oriented skills.
English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Responsibilities

Engage with stakeholders to identify challenges, propose outcomes, and provide recommendations.
Capture functional specs and design docs for NetSuite implementations.
Produce demo code and full solutions addressing business needs with tests.
Implement code with unit tests following project standards.
Provide post-production support for NetSuite ERP, especially revenue recognition.
Apply full SDLC across requirements, design, implementation, and support.
