Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; MBA is a plus.
At least 6 years of relevant professional experience in management consulting, strategy, or business transformation.
Demonstrated depth in one or more Business Transformation disciplines and ability to connect different dimensions of transformation.
Proven experience leading transformation engagements, workstreams, or projects with multidisciplinary teams.
Excellent report writing, presentation, and verbal communication skills in Turkish and English.

Responsibilities

Lead multidisciplinary transformation engagements from diagnosis through solution design and realization.
Integrate operating models, organizational design, processes, governance and performance perspectives to deliver measurable outcomes.
Structure complex problems, perform qualitative and quantitative analyses, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
Design future-state transformation solutions and actionable roadmaps with business cases and implementation plans.
Build trusted client relationships and manage stakeholder expectations across engagements.
