Job summary

EY Türkiye is seeking a Senior Consultant to join the Business Transformation team in Ankara. You will lead key workstreams, shape operating models, and translate strategy into tangible roadmaps and measurable outcomes for clients across Türkiye and beyond.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in management or strategy consulting, strong analytical skills, and fluency in Turkish and English. The role requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and some travel.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Statistics, or another relevant discipline; a master’s degree or MBA is an asset.
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in management/strategy consulting or business transformation.
• Experience owning significant project deliverables or leading defined workstreams within transformation engagements.
• Strong problem-structuring, research, and qualitative/quantitative analytical skills.
• Experience contributing to transformation strategies, operating models, roadmaps, governance models, or performance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead defined workstreams within multidisciplinary transformation engagements from diagnosis through solution design and value realization.
• Structure complex business challenges and translate findings into practical recommendations.
• Contribute to design of transformation solutions covering operating models, governance, technology enablement, and performance management.
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps, business cases, and implementation plans.
• Own assigned deliverables and ensure outputs are data-driven and high quality.
• Identify opportunities to embed AI, automation, analytics and digital tech into to-be operating models.
• Develop relationships with client stakeholders and participate in interviews, workshops, and presentations.
• Collaborate with project managers to monitor progress, risks, dependencies and mitigations.
• Contribute to proposals, client presentations, market research and go-to-market activities.
