Job summary

TLS Logistics is seeking a dedicated legal affairs specialist to support the management of the company’s legal affairs, follow up lawsuits, attend court hearings, and assist in contract preparation and documentation. You will monitor regulations, provide legal opinions, coordinate with operations, and manage insurance policies and international processes.

Fluent English, strong analytical skills, and a Class B driving license are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in Commercial Law, Labor Law, Contract Law, Banking-Finance, and Capital Markets regulations.
• Holder of a Class B driving license and willing to travel.
• Proficient in UYAP Avukat Portal and Microsoft Office programs.
• Solution-oriented with strong analytical thinking and a team player.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Supporting business leaders in the management of the company’s legal affairs.
• Following up on current lawsuits and legal processes, attending court hearings.
• Assisting in the preparation and documentation of contracts.
• Monitoring all regulations and legislation related to the job.
• Providing legal opinions and taking preventive actions.
• Working in coordination with operations and/or other department teams within the organization, focusing on cost, time, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Complying with mandatory procedures required by TLS and legal regulations (Environment, Occupational Health & Safety, Food, etc.).
• Collecting offers when necessary for Traffic, Auto (Casco), Workplace, Health Insurance, and other non-life insurance policies (Fire, Liability, etc.).
• Managing the execution of insurance policies and endorsement processes.
• Following up on all necessary correspondences,
• Carrying out and tracking renewal policy processes,
• Opening insurance claim files and following up on the entire process.
• Managing international operation processes.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken),
• No restrictions on domestic and international travel.
