Job summary

Yazaki Europe Middle East and Africa is seeking a Launch Engineer for its Başiskele, Kocaeli location. You will act as the key on-site interface to customers, ensuring a smooth launch of new products into production and resolving build issues across engineering and logistics teams.

Responsibilities include maintaining the harness by vehicle build matrix, planning build-phase support, and coordinating with customer manufacturing teams to meet delivery requirements.

Qualifications

• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical-Electronics Engineering.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Experience with vehicle electrical systems and schematics.
• Good driving skills.

Responsibilities

• Key interface to customer to provide on-site support during prototype and launch phases.
• Ensure smooth launch of new products into production and resolve build issues.
• Analyse vehicle specifications and maintain the harness by vehicle build matrix.
• Coordinate build-phase planning with engineering and logistics teams.
• Represent Yazaki at launch sites and support customer manufacturing teams.
