Howden Insurance and Reinsurance Brokerage, based in Istanbul, seeks a Large Corporate Clients Senior Manager / Assistant Director to lead client engagement at our Istanbul headquarters.

The role supports sales within the marketing team, renews policies, and develops customer relations for insurance products, with emphasis on strong English skills and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Excellent command of English.
• At least 10 years of experience in insurance or brokerage.
• Proficient in MS Office programs.
• Team player, friendly, energetic, and reliable.
• Analytical thinker, able to take responsibility, and open to development.
• Willing to work overtime during busy periods.
• Diligent, meticulous, and solution-oriented.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supporting sales processes by working in the company's sales and marketing team.
• Tracking policies that are due for renewal and ensuring they are renewed.
• Preparing a customer visit program for the promotion, marketing, and development of customer relations for insurance products.
• Ensuring daily communication and coordination with our current and potential customers.
• Maintaining accurate and complete customer information and being responsible for keeping this information up to date.
