Avery Dennison Istanbul is seeking a Key Account Manager to lead complex, large accounts with a structured, cross-functional approach. You will coordinate Technical, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations and Finance teams to drive growth and maximize profitability while maintaining appropriate margins.

The role requires strong English and Turkish communication, 5+ years in B2B sales, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

• 5+ years of experience in B2B sales within apparel/textile/printing; experience with teams ports is a strong plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong financial acumen, analytical thinking, communication skills, and a goal-oriented approach to account management.
• Proven experience in managing and maintaining enterprise customer relationships.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Turkish.
• Willingness to frequent domestic and international travel.

In your role as Key Account Manager, delivering on these responsibilities is critical to success:

• Effectively manage a territory of complex, large accounts
• Utilize disciplined and organized approach to championing large projects, managing the internal and external constituents to achieve desired outcomes
• Leverage large account management skills across all levels of the organization both internally and at the customer level
• Manage profitable growth while maintaining existing business at appropriate margin levels through pricing or efficiency actions
• Maintain and grow a healthy pipeline of differentiated opportunities to support the long term growth objectives
• Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders within your customer base, with the goal of becoming a trusted resource and partner that adds value to their business
• Understand the key outcomes of customers, aligning internal resources and products to support those objectives resulting in mutual growth
• Work closely with critical internal functions (Technical/R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations and Finance) in the support of business critical objectives and growth
• Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the apparel, textile or printing industry. Experience with teams ports is a strong plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong financial acume, analytical thinking, communication skills, and a goal-oriented approach to account management.
• Profound experience inmanaging and maintainingenterprise customer relationships.
• Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English and Turkish.
• Willingness to frequent domestic and international travel.
