Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, design, or a related field.
Fluency in English (written and spoken) required.
Strong command of AI tools and ability to prompt and iterate.
Basic video editing skills (CapCut or similar).
Interest in what makes an ad work and familiarity with gaming culture is a plus.

Responsibilities

Design and produce ad creatives for AI and game apps.
Track competitor ads and market trends.
Follow AI/social media/gaming trends and bring fresh concepts.
Produce high volumes of variations for testing.
Find faster and better ways of producing creatives as tools evolve; share with the team.
Proactive mindset with strong problem‑solving; take ownership and drive results.
