Job summary

Dream Games is seeking a passionate AI Engineer to join our performance marketing team. You will build generative AI pipelines and agentic systems for creative production, including ideation, image and video generation, and automated workflows.

Prototyping quickly against real creative problems is essential, with production deployment for scalable results. You will collaborate with creative strategists to turn their craft into repeatable processes, evaluate outputs, and help shape the next

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or similar.
• Proficiency in Python and building agentic workflows, LLM chains, and multimodal model calls.
• Experience with generative AI, including diffusion models and image/video generation.
• Familiarity with RAG, function calling, and vector databases.
• Strong interest in state‑of‑the‑art AI and games.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining AI powered features and agentic workflows for creative production.
• Contributing to systems that generate ad creatives, including interactive playables, by combining code generation and multimodal asset generation.
• Working with creative strategists to turn their craft into repeatable, scaled workflows.

As an AI Engineer, you will build generative AI pipelines and agentic systems for creative production: creative ideation, image and video generation, automated creative pipelines, and the tooling around them. You will prototype quickly against real creative problems and take what works into production. Prior marketing experience is not required, but a genuine creative eye for what makes an ad creative work is essential.

• Familiarity with modern AI application techniques such as RAG, function calling, and vector databases
• Deep interest in state‑of‑the‑art AI, following new models and capabilities closely
• Passion and interest in games
• Appreciation and understanding of teamwork
