iyzico is seeking a software engineer to develop scalable, high‑volume, user‑centric applications that run 24×7. You will make technical design decisions independently and work with product managers and stakeholders to analyze requirements and design solutions.

The ideal candidate has a BSc in Computer Science or a related field and at least 2 years of software development experience with Java11, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, REST APIs, and microservices.

Qualifications

• BSc degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Min. 2 years of software development experience.
• Experience with Java11, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, JPA, Redis, REST APIs, Bamboo, Git, ElasticSearch, Kotlin, Groovy.
• Experience with distributed systems and microservices architectures.
• Experience owning highly complex and risky modules.
• Experience with SDLC and agile development best practices.
• Experience in payment industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable, high-volume and reliable user-centric applications that operate 24x7.
• Make technical design decisions independently.
• Work with product managers and business stakeholders to analyze requirements, develop ideas and design solutions.
• Guide team members by giving clear direction, feedback, and timely suggestions to ensure high quality deliverables.
• Initiate tech meetings and internal trainings to foster engineering team.
• Willingness to take ownership of problems.
• Research and propose new technologies.
