Job summary

Amaris Consulting is seeking a Senior Java Backend Developer to join our international team in Fatih, Istanbul. You will design, develop, and optimize scalable backend systems using Java 17/21 and Spring Boot, while contributing to microservice architectures and modernization projects.

You will work with messaging systems (RabbitMQ/Kafka), databases (Oracle/PostgreSQL), and caching systems, ensuring high performance, scalability, and code quality.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Java backend development.
• Strong knowledge of Spring Boot and microservices.
• Experience with messaging systems (RabbitMQ/Kafka).
• Familiarity with databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL) and caching systems.
• Experience in CI/CD pipelines and code quality practices.
• Solid understanding of concurrency, transactions, and performance optimization.
• Fluent in Turkish and English.
• Strong analytical thinking and communication skills.
