Job summary

iyzico is seeking a software engineer to develop scalable, high‑volume, user‑centric applications that run 24×7. You will make technical design decisions independently and work with product managers and stakeholders to analyze requirements and design solutions.

The ideal candidate has a BSc in Computer Science or a related field and at least 2 years of software development experience with Java11, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, REST APIs, and microservices.

Qualifications

• BSc degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Min. 2 years of software development experience.
• Experience with Java11, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, JPA, Redis, REST APIs, Bamboo, Git, ElasticSearch, Kotlin, Groovy.
• Experience with distributed systems and microservices architectures.
• Experience owning highly complex and risky modules.
• Experience with SDLC and agile development best practices.
• Experience in payment industry is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Experience

• BSc degree in Computer Science or related degree,
• Min. 2 year of software development experience,
• Experience in the following technologies (Java11, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, JPA, Redis, REST APIs, Bamboo, Git, ElasticSearch, Kotlin, Groovy).
• Experience with distributed systems and microservices architectures.
• Experience owning highly complex and risky modules.
• Experience in software engineering best practices for the full software development life cycle, including agile development, coding standards, code reviews, build processes, testing, and maintenance.
• Experience in payment industry is a plus.
