Ericsson is seeking an IT Test Engineer in Izmir to join the QA team. You will design and execute functional and performance tests, identify defects, validate environments and data, and contribute to stable production releases.

You will work closely with development and cross-functional teams throughout the testing lifecycle to improve test coverage and automation, ensuring high-quality IT applications and reliable releases.

Qualificações

• Experience in software testing and quality assurance roles.
• Solid understanding of software testing processes and defect lifecycle.
• Experience designing and executing functional test cases.
• Familiarity with performance testing concepts and scripting preferred.
• Proficiency with test management and defect tracking tools.
• Understanding of test environments and data validation.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze functional requirements and design effective IT test cases.
• Plan, design, and execute functional and performance testing activities.
• Develop and maintain performance test scripts and conduct unit testing where applicable.
• Execute manual and automated test cases and report results.
• Prepare, validate, and maintain test environments and data.
• Troubleshoot applications and investigate issues found during testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects through lifecycle to resolution.
• Collaborate with development teams to analyze issues and ensure timely fixes.
• Contribute to improving test coverage and QA processes for stable releases.
