Job summary

Innovance Consultancy is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to deliver high-value digital solutions. The role is hybrid and based in Istanbul. You will drive mobile and web testing, API validation, and test automation readiness while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality across projects.

Applicants should have a minimum 4 years in QA, a Bachelor’s in a related field, and ISTQB certification. Familiarity with banking domain and English language is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in mobile and web software testing.
• Solid knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience in end-to-end test process (test planning, execution and reporting).
• Experience in project management tools (JIRA, TFS etc.).
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman, SoapUI or Swagger.
• Good understanding of SQL and basic programming concepts.
• Experience in preparing test data and managing test environments.
• Curious mindset with a willingness to learn new QA trends and technologies.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Problem-solving mindset.
• ISTQB Foundation Level certification is required.
• Familiar with test automation tools (Selenium, Playwright, Appium etc) plus.
• Experience in banking domain is a plus.
• Fluency in English is a plus.
