Job summary

CATL is seeking an IT Engineer to join our Bursa facility in Türkiye. The role focuses on delivering high-quality IT support to internal and external users, maintaining IT services, and contributing to security initiatives.

You will handle hardware/software issues, asset management, and infrastructure planning. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in IT services, strong communication skills, and experience with AD/domain environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• 5+ years of professional IT service experience.
• Familiar with large-scale networks and enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Experience with Active Directory (AD), domain environments, and PC management.
• ITIL knowledge or certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and ability to work across cultures and teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT hardware and software support to users, respond to inquiries, diagnose problems and provide solutions.
• Configure, deploy and maintain IT equipment; manage software licensing lifecycle.
• Improve user satisfaction, support ongoing service improvements and IT asset management.
• Contribute to information security initiatives and perform necessary audits.
• Plan and maintain IT infrastructure such as conference rooms, cabinets and printer setups.
• Manage IT assets from demand through procurement to disposal, ensuring accurate accounts and optimal asset use.
