The ideal candidate will take full ownership of the network and foundational infrastructure at the new plant site. This is a network-focused IT infrastructure role requiring strong technical depth, cross-region coordination capability, and independent management of complex network environments.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end planning, design, and implementation of the Turkey plant’s IT infrastructure—including data center, server, campus network, internet, and WAN to deliver stable and reliable services supporting plant operations.
- Oversee the solution design, evaluation, deployment, and operational management of IT data centers, server rooms, and ELV (Extra Low Voltage) infrastructure, ensuring the safety and stability of core IT facilities.
- Monitor network bandwidth, traffic patterns, hardware utilization, and critical link connectivity; ensure timely alert response and rapid resolution of anomalies. Provide effective solutions to ensure network security.
- Support servers, storage, and backup systems on a daily basis, covering server virtualization, capacity planning, backup policy design, and execution monitoring.
- Manage local IT vendors in Turkey by coordinating resources to ensure infrastructure construction, delivery, and daily operations remain on schedule.
- Follow the IT requirements of the China HQ to ensure the company’s standards, policies, and processes are effectively implemented and adhered to locally, and optimize policies and plans based on local conditions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Security, Network Engineering, or a related field; 5+ years of professional IT infrastructure experience.
- Proven experience in network operations within medium-to-large enterprises; demonstrated ability to design, plan, and implement wired and wireless architectures. Experience with Aruba or Huawei wireless solutions is strongly preferred.
- In-depth expertise in enterprise networking equipment (firewalls, routers, core switches) from major vendors such as Cisco, Huawei, and Fortinet.
- Hands-on experience with open-source monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana); able to independently deploy and configure comprehensive monitoring and alerting for networks and servers.
- Solid understanding of server virtualization (VMware, KVM); experience managing Windows Server and RHEL 8/9 environments is preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; professional working proficiency in Turkish and English is required.
