Job summary

Gizli Şirket seeks an IT & Network Manager to lead the design and security of the company-wide IT infrastructure, spanning headquarters and field sites. You will drive network engineering, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems management while guiding a technical team.

The role requires deep expertise in Cisco/Fortinet/Palo Alto firewalls, SIEM, and regulatory audits, plus hands-on management of servers, virtualization and data protection.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT infrastructure, networking and cybersecurity
• 3+ years in a team lead or managerial role
• Experience with SCADA/OT networks is a plus
• Proven audit and regulatory compliance experience

Responsibilities

• Design, secure and manage LAN/WAN, VPN, firewall and Wi‑Fi across sites
• Lead cybersecurity policy, patching, SIEM, incident response and audits
• Oversee IT/OT network segregation and remote access for SCADA
• Plan disaster recovery and business continuity testing
• Coordinate servers, virtualization, storage and backups
• Manage IT vendors, licenses and annual budget
• Support digital transformation and ERP projects
• Provide second‑line user support and training with SLAs
