Job summary

Xenon Smart, a growing IoT solutions company, is seeking a dedicated Sales Consultant to support our newly opening kiosks and stores in Turkey. You will welcome customers, conduct needs analysis, present relevant products, and drive purchases while ensuring an exceptional shopping experience.

The role requires a minimum high school diploma and may be full-time or part-time. Prior retail or sales exposure is preferred, with an interest in technology and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma.
• Preferably at least 1 year of experience in retail or sales, or open to development.
• Preferably knowledgeable about technological products or eager to learn.
• Embraces retail as a profession and is willing to build a career in this field.
• Customer- and sales-oriented.
• Energetic, strong interpersonal skills, and highly persuasive.
• Disciplined and responsible.
• Well-spoken, well-groomed, and attentive to personal appearance.
• Available to work full-time or part-time.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and conduct needs analysis by asking the right questions to offer the most suitable products.
• Provide detailed information about products aligned with customer needs and motivate them toward purchase.
• Assist customers with product features to ensure they can quickly find what they are looking for.
• Support kiosk and store organization as well as stock tracking.
• Inform customers about ongoing campaigns and promotions.
• Deliver high-quality service with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
