Qualifications

• University graduate
• Advanced level of English is a must
• French, German, Spanish, Italian and Arabic knowledge is a plus
• Medical tourism sales or customer service experience is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Knowledge of MS Office applications
• Good listener to understand customer requirements
• Able to create strong connections with customers via confident and friendly communication
• Persuasive phone and online communication skills

Responsibilities

• Contact international leads by phone, email and messaging to qualify them as patients
• Register each stage of the customer cycle in CRM
• Follow up with patients and convert opportunities into sales
• Provide patients with travel, treatment and procedure information
• Prepare and send price quotations
• Collect patient reviews and photos/videos prior to departure
• Arrange online consultations with doctors
• Evaluate customer complaints and provide solutions
• Provide weekly and monthly sales reports to management

Job Description:

The candidate will be working in sales department for international patient. The candidate will deal with patient in all the phases of sales process.

• Contacting international leads by phone, mail and messaging to qualify them as patients.
• Registering each stage of the customers cycle toCustomer Relationship Management (CRM) system
• Following up with the patients and turning opportunities into sales
• Providing patients with information regarding travel, treatment and procedures
• Preparing and sending price quotations

Working Days/Hours

• Shift 1: 10:00-18:30 (Office)
• Shift 2: 16:30-01:00 (Homeoffice)

(There is a 4-hour daytime shift on either Friday or Saturday each weekend.)
