Job summary

FUCHS Lubricants Türkiye is seeking an International Logistics Operations Executive based in Izmir-Aliağa to oversee import/export road and sea freight, manage carriers, and ensure timely, accurate bookings and system integrations. You will lead cross-functional logistics activities and optimize supplier networks to support profitability goals.

Applicants should have 5+ years in intermodal logistics, strong English, and proficiency in SAP/ERP and MS Office, with a focus on data-driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, Foreign Trade, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven managerial experience in international logistics or supply chain sectors, with a strong understanding of industry dynamics.
• At least 5 years of experiece in intermodal transportation and international road and sea freight operations.
• Good knowledge of operational processes and subcontractor networks across all European routes.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and result-oriented mindset.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• At least Upper-Intermediate level of English.
• Good command of SAP, ERP systems and MS Office Programs.
• Customer-focused with a commitment to service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to effectively use Excel and/or other analytical tools in data-driven decision-making processes and contribute to business improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage road and sea freight operations for import and export shipments.
• Coordinate with transportation suppliers regarding vehicle sourcing and shipment follow-up.
• Monitor cargo movements and organize loading and unloading operations.
• Communicate with domestic and international customers, manage booking requests, and ensure system integration processes are completed accurately.
• Secure appropriate transportation capacity in line with customer requirements and company profitability targets.
• Ensure loading and delivery processes are completed on time and without errors.
• Strengthen relationships with existing suppliers and develop new supplier partnerships.
• Prepare reports related to operational performance and processes.
• Lead operational process analysis activities, identify system requirements and business improvement opportunities in line with workflow processes, and follow up on their implementation.
