Seluz Fragrance & Flavor Company is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to back the export sales team by identifying customer needs and building strong relationships. You will coordinate with fragrance tech and sales to ensure timely order processing and smooth sample operations for international clients.

The role requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree, native Russian, and fluent English, with 2+ years of relevant experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent (Business Administration, Economics, Chemical Engineering preferred)
• Native-level command of written and spoken Russian
• Fluent in English for international business communication
• Preferably 2+ years of professional experience

Responsabilités

• Support fragrance projects and work closely with the sales team to introduce the best fragrance solutions and services according to customer briefs
• Support fragrance development projects in cooperation with technical teams and perfumers
• Monitor all order processes: create new orders, track orders, share order confirmations, and follow up on shipping processes
• Follow up on sample operations (ordering, tracking, and sharing with customers)
• Provide effective coordination to ensure high-quality service for the sales team
• Assist in finalizing projects managed by the export sales team
• Ensure fast and effective communication between Account Managers, customers, and internal departments
• Actively communicate with customers during international trade fairs, global exhibitions, and other customer touchpoints; represent the company professionally in all client interactions
• Be in contact with regulatory departments regarding customer requests and local regulation updates

Connaissances

Native-level Russian
