Job summary

FLO Group in Turkey is seeking an International E-Commerce Category Specialist to oversee Russian marketplaces like Wildberries, while supporting new international initiatives.

You will monitor KPIs, optimize listings, plan campaigns, and collaborate with Logistics, IT, Finance and Marketing to drive growth and profitability across marketplaces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, or related field.
• Fluent or proficient in Russian and English for international collaboration.
• At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of Russian marketplaces, primarily Wildberries.
• Monitor sales, traffic, CR, inventory, profitability, and KPIs; take action to improve performance.
• Plan and analyze campaigns, promotions, and pricing for growth.
• Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management.
• Coordinate merchandising, product assortment, and content updates on marketplaces.
• Collaborate with Logistics, IT, Finance, and Marketing to optimize operations.

What does an “International E-Commerce Category Specialist” do at FLO Group?

• Manage the day-to-day operations of Russian marketplaces, primarily Wildberries, while supporting new international marketplace initiatives.
• Monitor sales, traffic, conversion rate (CR), inventory, profitability, and operational KPIs, and take actions to continuously improve business performance.
• Plan, execute, and analyze Marketplace and websites campaigns, promotions, and pricing activities to drive commercial growth.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales, profitability, and performance reports, and support management presentations.
• Manage day-to-day website merchandising activities, including product assortment, category management, content updates, and onsite promotions to maximize sales performance.
• Monitor website performance, user journey, and conversion metrics while collaborating with IT and Marketing teams to continuously optimize the customer experience.
• Collaborate closely with Logistics, Finance, IT, Product Management, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth marketplace operations.
• Manage order, return, cancellation, claim, and penalty processes while identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
• Support product listing, content quality, inventory accuracy, and assortment optimization across marketplace platforms.
• Analyze competitors, pricing strategies, and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
• Contribute to new marketplace integrations, process improvement initiatives, and automation projects.
• Take ownership of the assigned marketplaces by proactively identifying growth opportunities, driving continuous performance improvements, and ensuring sustainable business success.

If you think this job is a good fit for you and you meet the following criteria:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Russian and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in business and international environments.
• At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace operations.
• Experience with Wildberries, Ozon, Yandex Market, or other international marketplaces is preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools is a plus.
• A strong analytical and data-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong planning, organizational, and reporting skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive and accountable approach, with strong collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams.
