Job summary

Volvo Penta Türkiye is hiring interns for our Marine Engine Sales team at our office in Ümraniye Istanbul. This long-term internship puts you in the real game from day one, handling real projects, taking responsibility, and joining a multinational team.

You will assist with applications and sales activities, support after-sales tasks, prepare reports, and contribute to KPI tracking and reporting. Minimum 6-month commitment and on-site presence required.

Qualifications

• Student in 3rd or 4th year in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering, or Mathematics Engineering.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Strong Advanced Excel skills and data handling.
• Good sense of responsibility and ability to follow up on tasks.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
• On-site availability at least 3 days per week.
• Commitment of 6 months to learn, try, and grow with us.

Responsibilities

• Assist with application and sales activities.
• Support after-sales processes when needed.
• Contribute to customer and dealer projects.
• Help prepare reports and presentations.
• Support KPI tracking and performance reporting.
• Monitor customer and dealer processes.
• Follow up on campaign registrations and after-sales initiatives.
• Assist in data analysis and reporting tasks.
• Support continuous improvement projects within the team.
