• Supporting day-to-day HR operations.

• Participating in HR projects such as digital initiatives and employer branding.
• Cooperating with EMEA HR Delivery Center: HR operations, talent acquisition, total rewards and learning & development.

Overview

Kick-start your HR career with SC Johnson as an HR Intern. In this role, you will gain hands‑on experience across HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, engagement activities, and people-related projects while working closely with HR teams in Turkey and the wider EMEA region. This is an excellent opportunity to build practical HR knowledge in a dynamic, global environment.

About the Role

As an HR Intern, you will support day‑to‑day HR operations and contribute to employee experience initiatives for Turkey, with occasional support across the MENAPT organization. You will work closely with HR professionals and partner teams to help deliver efficient HR services, coordinate programs, support projects, and improve employee engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting with creating internal and external HR events.
• Participating in various HR projects like HR Digital projects, Engagement and Employer Branding as well as own project assignments.
• Support various HR processes regarding employee life cycle such as On-boarding, Off-boarding and Training & Development.
• Cooperating with our EMEA HR Delivery Center: HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards and Learning & Development.
• Other day‑to‑day business area scope of responsibilities

Experience you will bring:

• Previous internship or administrative experience is a plus.
• Fluent in Turkish and English.
• Good Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Available to work in a hybrid office environment.
