SPIE Global Services Energy is seeking an experienced Instrumentation Maintenance Engineer to manage SAP CMMS data, populate CMIMS with instrument data, and define asset management requirements for robust plant operation.

You will develop maintenance strategies, perform FMEA/RCA on instrument failures, and support spare parts data in CMIMS, while collaborating with cross-functional teams across international sites.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Instrumentation, Electrical, or related Engineering.
• English at B2 level is mandatory.
• Turkish nationality or speaking people is a strong plus.
• Minimum of 3–7 years in maintenance services, with experience in refining, petrochemicals, or PDH-PP processes.
• Advanced proficiency in SAP/CMMS for asset management and data processing.

Responsabilidades

• Manage asset registers and data templates for instrumentation.
• Populate CMIMS database with technical instrumentation data.
• Define asset data management requirements and maintenance guidelines.
• Prepare, follow-up and update the Notification - Work Order and Reporting process.
• Support spare parts responsible for material creation in CMIMS.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies for electronic and pneumatic control systems.
• Conduct FMEA and RCA on instrumentation failures.
• Perform Global Maintenance Plan focusing on calibration schedules and on-condition monitoring.
• Prepare Maintenance Matrix Plan and Maintenance Work Instruction as part of the Global Maintenance Plan.
• Produce engineering deliverables according to project contracts and standards.
• Highlight deviations or non-conformance risks to O&M Package Maintenance Leader.
• Integrate technical links between specifications and spare parts into CMIMS.
• Improve maintenance processes, update drawings and P&ID.
• Collaborate with maintenance, operation, HSE and other teams to enhance productivity.

MISSIONS

1. SAP Data Management & Population

• Manage asset registers and data templates specifically for instrumentation, including loops, transmitters, and ESD systems.
• Populate the CMIMS database with technical instrumentation data to ensure robust engineering performance.
• Define asset data management requirements and participate in the development of instrumentation maintenance guidelines.
• Prepare, follow-up and update the entire process for "Notification - Work Order and Reporting".
• Support spare parts responsible for the material creation in CMIMS.

2. Instrumentation Methods & Reliability

• Develop and implement maintenance strategies (preventive, predictive, and corrective) for electronic and pneumatic control systems.
• Conduct FMEA and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on instrumentation failures to identify recurring issues and implement lasting solutions.
• Perform the Global Maintenance Plan, specifically focusing on calibration schedules and on-condition monitoring of critical loops.
• Prepare Maintenance Matrix Plan and Maintenance Work Instruction as part of the Global Maintenance Plan.

3. Engineering & Quality Compliance

• Produce engineering deliverables according to project contracts and applicable engineering standards.
• Proactively highlight technical deviations or non-conformance risks to the O&M Package Maintenance Leader.
• Integrate technical links between general specifications and spare parts deliverables into the CMIMS.
• Maintain permanent focus on improving maintenance process, updating drawings and P&ID.

4. Team Collaboration & Safety

• Collaborate with maintenance, operation, HSE and other engineering teams to enhance overall productivity.

CONTRACT TERMS & MOBILITY

• Local employment contract within an international group entity or freelance contract, depending on profile
• Full remote during the preparation phase with missions in Cergy (France) and abroad at contract start for spot missions overseas
• Complete the collection and population of all instrumentation asset data and control loops into the SAP CMIMS by the end of 2026.
• Produce a comprehensive maintenance plan including calibration schedules and reliability-centered procedures for all plant instrumentation by early of 2027.
• Ensure the successful execution of database loading and full CMIMS implementation for the 2027-2033 operational phase.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Instrumentation, Electrical, or related Engineering.
• English B2 level mandatory
• Turkish nationality or speaking people is a strong plus
• Minimum of 3-7 years in maintenance services, with a proven track record in refining, petrochemicals, or PDH-PP processes.
• Advanced proficiency in SAP/CMMS for asset management and data processing.
• Strong knowledge of pneumatic systems, diagnostic tools, and SAP/CMMS.
• Excellent technical reporting and statistical data preparation skills.
• Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment and under pressure.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with team members and other departments.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative and problem-solving.
