Job summary

Hayat, a leading FMCG company, is seeking an Innovation Scouting Senior Engineer to join the Inovation Scouting team at our Headquarters in Kocaeli. You will monitor global technology trends, scout target technologies, and drive PoC initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

You will build partnerships with startups and universities, contribute to the technology roadmap, and help shape Hayat's global innovation strategy while leveraging AI tools and your strong project management

Qualifications

• MS degree in Mechanical Eng., Industrial Eng., Business Administration or related field.
• 4+ years in startups, VC, tech consulting, or innovation-driven environments.
• Experience in project management.
• Experience using AI tools.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to relocate to Kocaeli.

We are currently seeking a talented "Innovation Scouting Senior Engineer" to join our dynamic "Inovation Scouting" team. Based at our "Headquarters" in "Kocaeli", this role will contribute to transformative projects under the Consumer Group "Global" "Technology Development".

QUALIFICATIONS

• Master's degree either from Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or similar departments ; Master's degree is a plus.
• 4+ years of professional experience within startups, venture capital, technology consulting, or innovation-driven environments,
• Experienced in project management,
• Experienced in using AI tools,
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken,
• Ability to leverage interpersonal skills into forming strong relationships and having excellent communication skills,
• Ability to adapt well to the changing conditions of a very dynamic corporate environment,
• Being open to new ideas and following innovations with a researcher spirit,
• Highly professional project leader with strong work ethics,
• Self-motivated person with the ability to quickly understand objectives and independently manage to deliver results,
• Strategic thinking skills,
• No restriction to travel,
• Living in or willing to relocate to Kocaeli.
