Job summary

Hayat, a leading FMCG group, seeks a Global Simulation and Modeling Senior Engineer for its Innovation Scouting team in Kocaeli. You will create and adapt advanced simulations using CFD/FEA, working with Ansys Fluent, SolidWorks, Catia, and NX.

The role requires 4+ years of experience, strong English, and travel flexibility. You will help optimize production, reduce waste, and report findings to drive global process improvements across regional facilities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering or similar.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in related field.
• Proficiency in Ansys Fluent, SolidWorks, Catia or NX.
• Experience in CFD, FEA and Porous Media, multiphase flows, capillary flow and Darcy's Law.
• Experience with UDFs using C and Python.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel and relocate to Kocaeli.

Responsibilities

• Create simulations as required by production teams.
• Adapt and customize simulation and modelling software.
• Evaluate current production practices and identify improvements.
• Support production processes to maximize productivity.
• Assist in problem-solving plans to improve product output or reduce waste.
• Prepare reports on topics worked on.

Education

Master's degree in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering

We are currently seeking a talented “ Global Simulation and Modeling Senior Engineer ” to join our dynamic “Innovation Scouting” team. Based at our “Headquarters” in “Kocaeli”, this role will contribute to transformative projects under the Consumer Group “Global” “Technology Development”.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Master’s degree either from Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering or similar departments,
• 4+ years of experienced in a related field,
• Proficiency in at least three of the following software Ansys Fluent, SolidWorks, Catia, NX.
• Experienced in fluid dynamics (CFD), finite element analysis (FEA) and espacially Porous Media, Multiphase Flows, Capillary Flow, Darcy’s Law,
• Experienced in UDFs with C and Python.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken,
• Ability to leverage interpersonal skills into forming strong relationships and having excellent communication skills,
• Ability to adapt well to the changing conditions of a very dynamic corporate environment,
• Being open to new ideas and following innovations with a researcher spirit,
• Highly professional project leader with strong work ethics,
• Self-motivated person with the ability to quickly understand objectives and independently manage to deliver results,
• Strategic thinking skills,
• No restriction to travel,
• Living in or willing to relocate to Kocaeli.
