Hayat is seeking a talented Digital Technology & System Design Executive to join the Technology Development team at its headquarters in Kocaeli. You will contribute to transformative projects within the Consumer Group Global, focusing on advanced automation and logistics technologies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in related projects with hands-on mobile systems, AGVs/AMRs, automated storage, and shuttle racking.
• Experience in system automation and humanoid robot applications is preferred.
• Experience in autonomous logistics and production processes is preferred.
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude is preferred.
• Familiar with Python and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and database development is preferred.
• Knowledge and experience in PLC/HMI/SCADA programming (Siemens/Rockwell preferred).
• Curious about new technologies with learning and research orientation.
• Analytical thinking, solution-oriented, proactive and detail-focused.
• Strong problem-solving ability, practical and quality-driven.
• Coordination and planning skills are essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• No travel restrictions for domestic and international assignments.
• Residing in or willing to relocate to Kocaeli.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute projects from start to finish aligned with customer needs and objectives.
• Manage all project stakeholders and maintain lifecycle alignment.
• Take an active role in system design during pre-project phase to ensure long-term stability.
• Coordinate offline system simulations to verify alignment with objectives.
• Analyze operational conditions before and after implementation.
• Coordinate feasibility assessments, schedules, resources, and meetings.
• Research reliable technologies and implement selected solutions in projects.
• Lead on-site PoC trials and implement results in projects.
• Support project teams with technical expertise as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduated from Electrical, Electrical-Electronics, Electronics and Communication, or Mechatronics Engineering departments,
• 5+ years of experience in similar projects, with hands‑on experience in mobile systems, AGVs, AMRs, fully automated storage systems, and 2-way and 4-way shuttle racking systems.
• Experience in system automation and humanoid robot applications is preferred.
• Experience in autonomous logistics and productions processes is preferred.
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude is preferred.
• Able to understand programming languages such as Python and JavaScript is preferred
• Knowledge of basic coding, programming, and design topics such as HTML/CSS and database development is preferred.
• Knowledge and experience in PLC/HMI/SCADA programming (Siemens/Rockwell preferred),
• Curious about new technologies, open to learning and research‑oriented,
• Possesses analytical thinking skills, solution‑oriented, proactive, and detail‑focused,
• Strong problem‑solving ability, practical, and quality‑driven,

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ability to plan and execute projects from start to finish in line with customer needs and project objectives,
• Manage all project stakeholders effectively and maintain alignment throughout the project lifecycle,
• Take an active role in system design during the pre‑project phase, developing robust designs that ensure long‑term system stability,
• Conduct or coordinate offline system simulations during the system design phase to verify alignment with project objectives,
• Analyze the operational conditions in which the project will be implemented, both before and after implementation,
• Manage project feasibility assessments, implementation schedules, resource planning, regular project meetings, and project team coordination.
• Research the most reliable available technologies and implement the selected solutions in projects,
• Lead on‑site proof‑of‑concept (PoC) trials for innovative solutions and implement them in projects based on the results,
• Support project teams as a team member where needed, contributing technical expertise to project activities.
