Job summary

adidas is seeking a Manager Tech Infrastructure to lead market-specific IT infrastructure operations, service delivery, and project execution. You will oversee day-to-day IT services, drive improvements and collaborate with Domain Product Owners and Business Partners to deliver value across the market.

The role requires a four-year degree, 5+ years in IT, and 2 years in infra services & PM, plus 1 year in team management.

Qualifications

Four-year college or university degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficient spoken and written command of English.
At least 5-year experience in IT.
2 years of experience in Infrastructure IT services & project management.
1 year of experience in team management.

Responsibilities

Continual Improvement: support initiatives and collaborate with Domain Service Owners.
Relationship Management: engage stakeholders and supervise service performance.
Service Level Management: monitor metrics and ensure SLAs are met with planning for deterioration.
Demand Management: collect market-specific infrastructure demand and coordinate execution.
Project Management: lead openings, closings and revamps within budget and timeline; manage end-of-life replacements and budget utilization.
Supplier Management: engage with local vendors to ensure compliance and track performance.
Incident Management: classify incidents, gather info and escalate as needed.
Problem Management: investigate problems and implement remedies and preventive measures.
People/Resource Management: assist in recruiting, allocate work, monitor workload, and guide team with clear targets.
