Job summary

MediaMarkt Turkey is seeking an experienced Industrial Relations leader to oversee all communications with the union, ensure compliance with labor laws, and guide disciplinary and exit processes. Based in Turkey, you will work with cross-functional teams to maintain fair, transparent practices and support a culture of open feedback and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• University degree in relevant departments.
• Minimum 10 years of Industrial Relations experience in retail.
• Knowledge of Labor Law, Social Security Law and Trade Union Legislation.
• Experience in a unionized workplace, with experience in communication management with the union.
• Good command of English language.
• Good knowledge in MS Office applications.
• Result-oriented.
• Flexible and willing to work in a team.
• Support open communication and feedback culture.
• Open to change and innovation.
