Job summary

UPS in Turkey is seeking a permanent Operations Planner to plan and monitor productivity targets at the PKG level in alignment with the business plan. The role emphasizes auditing, process improvement, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of professional experience or internship background.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial preferred).
• Advanced proficiency in English for presentations.
• Strong command of MS Office, especially Excel and Access.
• Knowledge of or interest in financial analysis concepts.
• No restrictions for travel.
• Valid Class B driving license with active driving experience.
• Military service completed for male candidates.
• Strong ownership and accountability in fulfilling responsibilities.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and open to continuous learning and development.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor productivity targets at the PKG operational level in alignment with the overall business plan.
• Conduct regular audits to assess compliance with performance, service, measurement, operational plans, and staffing standards; analyze findings to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
• Develop accurate work measurement systems to ensure efficient operational planning and optimal job design.
• Provide appropriate methodologies, operational planning, and technical training to relevant teams.
• Support operations in the implementation of new technologies, procedures, and operational plans to drive efficiency and achieve optimal performance.
