Alstom in Bursa is seeking an Industrial Data Engineer to manage PBOM and change processes across engineering, production, and supply chain, supporting industrial IS tool implementations and ensuring successful data migrations.

Take on a new challenge and apply your project and change management expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative, innovative, and solution-oriented teammates.
You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless management of project Bill of Materials (PBOM) and change management processes. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across the business (such as engineering, production, and supply chain), support the implementation of industrial information systems, and provide training to ensure stakeholders are equipped to succeed.
You’ll specifically take care of preparing and consolidating PBOM documents for ERP system uploads, but also managing data migration and ensuring consistency across systems.

Minimum 3 years experience in project management, change management, and industrial engineering
Knowledge of ERP systems (such as IFS,SAP) and PLM tools (like CATIA, DELMIA)
Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
A certification in project management or change management (preferred)
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
