Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned procurement professional to join our regional team in the META region. You will lead indirect procurement, manage supplier relationships, and drive value through negotiations and strategic sourcing across multiple markets.

The role requires deep experience in ERP systems, SAP, and analytics, with fluency in English and Turkish. Travel is negligible and relocation is not required.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in indirect procurement, category management, sourcing and supplier management within large, complex organizations.
• Strong experience leading supplier negotiations, managing commercial agreements and delivering measurable business results.
• Strong commercial judgement balancing cost, value, risk and business priorities.
• Advanced analytical skills for interpreting data, identifying trends and supporting strategic decision-making.
• Hands-on experience with SAP, ERP platforms and procurement reporting tools.
• Power BI experience is highly desirable.
• Fluency in English and Turkish.
• Experience across the Middle East, Türkiye and Africa region and knowledge of regional supplier markets would be advantageous.
• Negligible travel should be expected.

• Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Negligible travel should be expected.
• This role is not eligible for relocation.
