Job summary

Greif is a global leader in performance packaging, seeking an Indirect Material Purchaser (Operational Support) to join our team in Turkey. You will coordinate with internal stakeholders and suppliers, process purchase orders, and track inbound/outbound movements to ensure smooth supply operations.

You will also manage warehouse material flow, monitor inventory levels, and support procurement reports. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, Turkish and English proficiency, and at least two years

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a relevant field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Turkish.
• Good command of English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in operational support or similar roles.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and accountable mindset.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Strong team player with excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills.

Responsibilities

• Support indirect procurement processes through coordination with internal stakeholders and suppliers, including creating business partner records and purchase orders in the system
• Prepare and issue waybills for shipments in line with operational requirements
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date tracking of inbound and outbound material movements in the system
• Manage warehouse material flow and support smooth operational execution
• Monitor inventory levels and proactively ensure timely replenishment
• Support reporting activities related to procurement, inventory, and shipment data
