Job summary

EsteNove, a health tourism provider based in Istanbul, is seeking an SDR to manage inbound leads and ensure they are fully qualified and ready for medical consultation. This is not a sales or closing role.

The focus is on speed, data completeness, and process accuracy, with CRM-driven workflows and a fully integrated, international team. We offer a fixed salary with incentives, one remote work day per week, health insurance (TSS), HPV vaccines for female staff, birthday leave, and one paid

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master’s degree; healthcare background is a plus but not required.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data.
Comfort with structured, rule-based workflows and CRM usage.
Experience in healthcare or medical tourism is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

Respond to inbound leads within defined SLAs.
Qualify leads from web, paid channels, and social media (including Instagram DM).
Collect and verify: Medical information, Required patient photos
Ensure no lead is transferred without full qualification
Work fully within the CRM and follow defined workflows
