Job summary

Crs Soft is seeking a skilled 3D artist to create outstanding 3D assets for a new console game in the Corvus Jay brand. You will join a creative team and help shape environments, characters, props, and VFX from concept through development.

Your portfolio should show a range of styles, with strong texture work, lighting, and composition. Prior Unity experience is a plus for collaboration and integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Cloud programs.
• Excellent Blender or Maya skills are essential.
• Good eye for light, color, and composition.
• Ability to translate concepts into finished assets as part of a team.
• Texture painting, UV mapping, and low/high-poly modeling expertise.
• Portfolio demonstrating versatility across techniques and styles.
• Previous Unity experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality 3D assets including environments, characters, props, and VFX.
• Create textures, UV maps, renders, and animations.
• Develop environmental concept models and optimized geometry.
• Contribute to game design from concept to development.
• Engage in technical and design problem-solving processes.
• Experiment with new technologies to evolve art and ideas.
