Responsibilities

• Transform 2D concepts into high-quality 3D game assets (characters, environments, and props)
• Create both high-poly and low-poly models optimized for mobile platforms
• Design and texture organic and inorganic objects using modern workflows
• Work on lighting, shading, and rendering to deliver polished visuals
• Import and set up assets properly in Unity or other game engines
• Iterate and improve assets based on feedback, testing, and production needs
• Collaborate with artists, designers, and developers to ensure consistent visual quality and style

Requirements

• Degree in Animation, Arts, or related fields—or equivalent professional experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating 3D modeling, texturing, and rendering skills
• Proficiency in Blender, Maya, or similar 3D software
• Experience with Photoshop (ZBrush and Substance Painter knowledge is a plus)
• Solid understanding of form, anatomy, color, light, and composition
• Ability to adapt to different visual styles and maintain consistency
• Team player with good communication skills and passion for mobile games
