Job summary

Intertech Information Technology and Marketing Inc. is seeking a seasoned IAM/IGA specialist to design, install, and optimize One Identity solutions, with a focus on One Identity Manager. You will manage user lifecycle, entitlements, and integrations with directory services and HR systems.

The role requires strong English skills and consultancy experience, offering opportunities to work on international projects and advanced automation initiatives within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a university program in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field.
• At least 5 years (ideally 7+) experience in IAM/IGA.
• Experience with installation, configuration, and management of One Identity products, focusing on One Identity Manager.
• Advanced knowledge of One Identity Manager architecture, data models, workflows, and automation.
• Experience with AD/Entra ID/LDAP integrations and HR systems.
• Lifecycle management of users, accounts, groups, roles, and entitlements.
• Ability to develop, customize, troubleshoot, and optimize within One Identity.
• Strong command of English.

Responsibilities

• Design technical architecture and perform installation and configuration of One Identity solutions.
• Design and manage lifecycle processes for users and entitlements using One Identity Manager.
• Develop synchronization projects, workflows, automations, and authorization mechanisms.
• Perform needs analysis and translate requirements into technical designs.
• Analyze production issues, identify root causes, and implement permanent solutions.
• Improve IAM/IGA processes and automate manual operations.
• Support access management, role modeling, and access reviews.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors, providing guidance on technical matters.

Job description

• Graduated from a university program in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related engineering field,
• Possess at least 5 years—ideally 7 years or more—of experience in the IAM/IGA domain.
• Demonstrate technical expertise at a consultancy level within the One Identity product family.
• Have experience in the installation, configuration, architectural design, and management processes of One Identity products, with a primary focus on One Identity Manager.
• Possess advanced knowledge of One Identity Manager architecture, data models, synchronization projects, workflows, process automation, and scheduled tasks.
• Have experience with integrations involving Active Directory, Entra ID, LDAP/LDAPS, HR systems, and enterprise applications.
• Be proficient in the lifecycle management (Joiner-Mover-Leaver) of users, accounts, groups, roles, and entitlements.
• Be capable of performing development, customization, troubleshooting, and performance optimization tasks within the One Identity environment.
• Possess a good command of the English language.

• Support access management, role modeling, access requests, approval workflows, and access review activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and—when necessary—the vendor’s technical support teams; provide guidance and consultancy on technical matters.
